Great food and flavour starts with the freshest and best seasonal ingredients. We always buy the most ethical and best quality produce we can find. We only work with suppliers who are passionate about their product  as we are ours.

Our beef is sourced from Aberdeenshire Suckler herds and it is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days. Our chefs have even been to visit them. We are the only pub group to be awarded Scotch Beef Club accreditation an accolade held by mainly Michelin starred restaurants in the UK.Our pigs are happy pigs from Jimmy Butler's farm (recently voted Pork farmer of the year) and you will only find the best free-range chicken and eggs on our menus.

Our menus, created by each Head Chef, mix plenty of classic & comfort dishes with more contemporary ones. We never add unnecessary ingredients or flavours and our guests know it. Our honesty gives them confidence to try new things.
