Peach chefs enjoy plenty of product knowledge, take part in chef training days, visit sought-after suppliers and have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. Working conditions are amongst the best in the industry. Whatever your level we will help you develop your career, from basic knife skills to running your own kitchen.

As a Head Chef or Sous Chef you will have the freedom to plan your own menus, maintain food cost & develop your team. You will take responsibility for the menu you have created and will work with the general manager to control the costs and drive your business forward. At the end of the year you will share in the profit you have helped to create.

To be a Peach Head Chef you will have trained in classic cookery and have the experience and knowledge of the best brasserie chefs in the UK.
