Lee is the ideas man behind Peach Pubs. He believes simplicity is the way forward - simply great food, great booze & great service every single day.
Lee trained at Catering College and then at the Bath Spa Hotel, before joining Raymond Blanc's group of Le Petit Blanc brasseries. He worked in Oxford and Cheltenham (both in the kitchen and front of house) and ran the flagship Birmingham site as GM for two and a half years before leaving to start the Peach Pub Company. He strives to provide the best experience both for our guests and our team, This means Lee spends most of his time where it matters, in the pubs, waiting on tables, tasting the food, talking to guests, and providing inspiration to the team.
Lee's inability to stand still has helped Peach to evolve into a company which now leads the industry in food excellence, interior design, customer service, and people development and has become a benchmark that others follow.
